The Lakewood Screw Factory has two freight elevators that require special permission to use. If you or your clients need an elevator, please let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements.

Yes - There are two parking lots for the building, one on the west side and one on the east side. We recommend parking in the eastern lot on the corner of Athens and Halstead - this is the closest lot to the studio.

Studio access begins at your rental time. Please account for set up and tear down when choosing your rental length!

How to get to the studio
When facing the front of the building, go into the driveway to the left for the lot on the corner of Athens and Halstead. This is the lot on the Eastern side of the building.
You have two entrance options from this lot:
BACK entrance (closest to the studio)
The best door to go into is the one around the back corner of the building on the south side (If you are familiar with the Lake Erie Buidling wedding venue, it is the same door). It is the second door at the jut out of the building (the one with the keypad- it will be unlocked). The studio is on the third floor and is the first door around the right corner when exiting the stairwell - suite 3230!
Side Entrance
Find the sign for the climbing gym Nosotros on the side of the building. You will see the door for the gym, a large industrial door to the right, and then another regular door. You want to go into that door all the way to the right! The studio is on the third floor. When you exit the stairwell, follow the newly renovated hallway all the way down and you will find the studio right before it switches back to the older part of the building. We are suite 3230!
